AI-Powered Golf Swing Recording with SmartCapture

You're at the range. You want to film a swing. But someone has to hold the phone. Or you forget to stop recording and waste storage on dead footage.
SmartCapture changes this. The app sees your body. It knows when you swing. It records automatically. No buttons. No assistant. No missed swings.
Here's how it works and why it changes how golfers train.
What Is SmartCapture?
SmartCapture is an AI camera that watches your body and detects when you swing. The moment it sees you in position, it starts recording. When the swing is done, it stops. All automatically.
You don't touch the phone. You don't tap record. You don't worry about missing the shot or recording empty footage. SmartCapture handles it all while you focus on your swing.

Two Modes: Instant Replay and Save
SmartCapture works in two ways depending on what you want to do.
Instant Replay mode is for the range. You swing. SmartCapture records it. The video plays back on repeat so you can see your swing over and over without walking back to the phone. You choose how many times it loops—2 times, 3 times, up to 8 times—or set it to loop forever. You see your swing while the feel is still in your body. This feedback in the moment is powerful.
Save mode is for building a library. You swing. SmartCapture records it and saves it to your phone. You can film as many swings as you want and review them later, compare them, or share them with a coach. The swing is captured perfectly every time.
Camera Angle Matters: Film to Analyze Right
SmartCapture captures your swing automatically, but how you position the camera determines what you can actually analyze. Film from the wrong angle and you won't be able to see if your club path is right, if you're raising the club correctly, or if your body mechanics are solid.
Hold your phone at hand height, about 10 to 12 feet away from you. Point the camera straight through your hands toward the target. This down-the-line (DTL) angle gives you the clearest view of your body position and club movement. You can see your swing plane, your rotation, your arm path, and your impact position clearly.
You can prop the phone on a tripod, lean it against a bag, or have someone hold it still. The key is keeping the phone at hand height and pointing straight through your hands toward the target every time. This consistency in your filming setup lets SmartCapture see your swing clearly and lets you analyze what's actually happening.
The Big Benefit: Do It Yourself
Before SmartCapture, recording your swing meant either asking someone to hold the phone or filming yourself manually and hoping you hit the button at the right time. Both have problems. An assistant isn't always available. And manual recording is slow and error-prone.
SmartCapture fixes this. Set your phone on a tripod or against a bag and start your range session. Hit swings. The app records every one. You don't touch the phone. You don't interrupt your flow. You don't miss shots. You just swing.
This is especially powerful for Instant Replay mode. You swing. SmartCapture captures it. You look at the phone and see your swing immediately. The feedback happens while you still feel the swing in your body. That's when learning sticks best.

Customizable Settings for Your Workflow
SmartCapture has settings you can adjust to match your style. You can turn on hand-raise detection—raise your hand over your head and SmartCapture knows to start looking for your next swing. You can turn off the notification sound so the beep doesn't distract you when a swing is captured. You can choose how many times Instant Replay loops—match it to your preference.
These small customizations mean SmartCapture adapts to how you like to train.
See Your Swing While You Feel It
The old way of filming swings took time and energy. Tap the button. Swing. Stop the recording. Walk back and watch. By then the feeling was gone and you were moving on to the next swing.
SmartCapture changes the rhythm. You swing naturally. The app records it. You see it immediately while the feel is fresh. Your body remembers what it just did. You can feel the difference between what you sensed and what you see on video. That's where real learning happens.
No buttons. No delays. No distractions. Just you, your swing, and instant feedback.
